Kristi grew up in Olton, Texas.  After high school, she attended Texas Tech University, graduating with a B.B.A. in International Business.  Kristi then went to Baylor University School of Law where she obtained her J.D. in 2011.

For the first eight years of her career, Kristi worked at a defense firm representing companies and individuals in a range of cases including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, work injury, and wrongful death.  For the last six years, Kristi has represented plaintiffs.  She has handled thousands of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle collisions, UM/UIM, premises liability, non-subscriber, and wrongful death cases. Kristi has tried cases to verdict for both Plaintiffs and Defendants, which gives her a unique and balanced perspective as to the issues both sides face in these cases. Her strong trial record and deep understanding of both plaintiff and defense work make her a trusted neutral for resolving cases at mediation.

Krist is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the ADR section of the Texas State Bar Association.  She is also a member of National Charity League and is a parishioner at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.

She and her husband, Jonathan, have two children.
